What would the US do without Jozy?

Latest word out of SA is Jozy suffered a mild ankle sprain yesterday in training. Sounds like nothing serious...but let's go through the what if scenarios anyway. Who plays up front? My guess would be that the US would go to a 4-5-1 with Findley or Gomez up top. Of course Dempsey and Donovan would be key in linking with whoever plays forward. Bottom line...US would be forced to play a much more defensive game and hope to capitalize on the counter.
